Mr. Anand Samiappan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Technology and Computing from RMIT, Australia. He worked as a Business Analyst for Telecommunications projects in Australia and later on took over the VKA Polymers as a Director in the early 2000s. His active participation in the modernization of the production unit is appreciable. Having put in 17 years of experience in VKA Polymers is highly commendable.
Dr. S. Venkat Reddy (M. Sc, Ph. D in Chemistry) is Head R&D & operations of VKA chemicals, VKA PPL. He holds Master degree from Osmania University and Ph. D from Indian Institute of Chemical technology (IICT), Hyderabad. He did his Postdoctoral work at Yonsei University (South Korea) on Carbohydrate Chemistry. He has more than 15 years of Industrial experience, he worked in the Wockhard Limited (Drug Discovery), Mithros chemicals and NACL industries Limited for different levels of positions (Chemical CRO companies). Main research interest is Development of the synthetic methods/processes of Pharmaceutical and Agrochemical AI molecules with cost effectively and commercially viable routes. He is also interested in synthesis of custom synthesis of small molecules and complex impurities. His main objective of business to help the industry through manufacturing of intermediates via cost effective routes.
